1.    The rates exclude any entrance fees unless stated otherwise, parking, porterage and cross border costs.

2.    The above rates include hire, mileage, driver, fuel, toll fees, trailer, passenger & public liability insurance of

        R10million, insurance for guests possessions lost in the vehicle for up to R10k and coach permits

3.    Tours are conducted by a qualified tour guide. No smoking is allowed on board our vehicles

4.    In the event of a breakdown The Green Cab will do all in their power to correct the situation but will not be

       held liable for any costs or delay caused as a result of breakdowns that are unforeseen or outside of our control.

5.    Guests will be responsible for any insurance excess as a result of loss of property from the vehicle.

6.    All passengers are to ensure that on disembarking, all personal property is removed from the coaches

7.    Quotations are valid for 15 days from date hereof

8.    A cancellation fee of 100% may be charged if the coach is cancelled less than 12 hours in advance

9.    A penalty charge of R250.00 per hour may be charged for every hour the coach is utilized that is not specified on

       itinerary
